The mission of the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE), Services for Early Education and Development, (SEED), is to promote the professional growth of early childhood educators to support children’s academic and social-emotional success. SEED builds upon nearly twenty years of experience in leading the implementation of the exemplary researched-based program, Early Intervention for School Success (EISS).

Across California, thousands of educators have participated in our trainings in systematic and explicit instruction, ongoing diagnostic assessment, prescriptive lesson design, differentiated instruction and team collaboration.
